The Company does not directly collect, process, or retain personally identifiable information from users, but certain third-party services integrated into the Application, such as Unity Ads, may engage in data collection as delineated herein. By accessing or using the Application or Website, you (hereinafter the "User" or "you") acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree, you are requested to refrain from using the Application or Website.

Article 1: Information Collection Practices

1.1 Absence of Direct Collection of Personally Identifiable Information

The Company does not directly collect, store, process, or otherwise retain any personally identifiable information (hereinafter "PII"), defined as data that can be used to identify an individual, including but not limited to names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or physical addresses, from Users of the Application or Website. No account creation or registration is required to utilize the Application or access the Website, and Users are not prompted to submit PII to the Company.

1.2 Third-Party Data Collection by Unity Ads

The Application integrates Unity Ads, a third-party advertising service, to facilitate the display of advertisements. Unity Ads may collect the following categories of data from Users, as per their disclosed practices:

User Account Identifiers: Including but not limited to Google Play or Apple IDs, which are not accessible to the Company.

Device Identifiers: Unique identifiers associated with the User’s device (e.g., Device ID).

Approximate Geolocation Data: Derived from IP addresses or device settings, not constituting precise geolocation.

Purchase History: If applicable, though the Application currently offers no in-app purchases.

Ad Interaction Data: Information regarding User engagement with advertisements, such as clicks or views.

Diagnostic Data: Technical data, including crash reports and performance metrics.

Such data is collected by Unity Ads for the purposes of delivering advertising services, analyzing revenue generation, ensuring security, and preventing fraudulent activities. The Company does not have direct access to or control over this data. Unity Ads may share the aforementioned data with Ads Mediators for the purposes outlined herein.

1.3 Analytics Data via Platform Providers

The Company utilizes analytics services provided by Google Play and the Apple App Store to monitor the performance and usage of the Application. The data collected includes:

Device type used to download the Application.

Approximate geographic location of the download (e.g., country or region).

This data is aggregated and anonymized, meaning it cannot be used to identify individual Users. The Company does not receive or process any PII through these analytics services.

1.4 Website Data Practices

The Website, hosted by Webflow, does not, to the Company’s knowledge, collect cookies, IP addresses, or other data for analytics or other purposes. However:

Webflow, as the hosting provider, may collect certain data (e.g., IP addresses or usage logs) pursuant to its standard operational protocols. Users are advised to consult Webflow’s privacy policy for further details.

The Website contains hyperlinks to third-party services, including but not limited to Printify (for merchandise purchases), Google Play, and the Apple App Store. These third parties may collect data in accordance with their respective privacy policies, over which the Company exercises no control or authority.

1.5 Absence of Additional Third-Party Tools

To the best of the Company’s knowledge, no other third-party tools or services integrated into the Application or Website collect User data beyond Unity Ads and the analytics services provided by Google Play and the Apple App Store.

Article 2: Utilization of Information

2.1 No Direct Use by the Company

As the Company does not collect PII, it does not utilize such information for any purpose.

2.2 Use by Third Parties

Data collected by Unity Ads is utilized by them for the following purposes:

Delivery of targeted advertisements within the Application.

Analysis of ad performance and revenue generation.

Implementation of security measures and fraud prevention protocols.

Analytics data from Google Play and the Apple App Store is used solely to assess Application performance metrics, such as download statistics and regional usage trends. This data is not used to identify or track individual Users.

Article 3: Disclosure of Information

3.1 Disclosure to Third Parties

The Company does not disclose PII to third parties, as it does not collect such information. However, Unity Ads may share the data they collect (as described in Section 1.2) with Ads Mediators for purposes related to advertising, revenue analysis, security, and fraud prevention.

3.2 Compliance with Legal Obligations

The Company may disclose information if compelled by applicable law, regulation, or legal process, including but not limited to compliance with a subpoena, court order, or other governmental request. In such instances, the Company will disclose only the information explicitly required, in strict adherence to its commitment to User privacy.

3.3 Cooperation with Law Enforcement

In certain circumstances, the Company may be required to share data with law enforcement authorities if such disclosure is necessary for the prevention, detection, or investigation of criminal activity. As the Company does not collect PII, any such disclosure would pertain to data held by third parties, such as Unity Ads, Google Play, or the Apple App Store.

Article 4: Protection of Children’s Privacy

The Application is designed to be accessible to Users of all ages, including minors, with a primary target audience of children aged 3 to 13 years. The Company is committed to safeguarding children’s privacy in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation as it pertains to children (GDPR-K), and the Google Play Families Policy.

4.1 No Collection of PII from Children

The Company does not collect PII from children. Unity Ads, as a third-party service, does not collect PII from children and adheres to COPPA, GDPR-K, and Google Play Families Policy requirements.

4.2 Compliance with Child Privacy Regulations

Personalized advertisements are disabled for Users under the age of 13.

All advertisements displayed within the Application comply with COPPA and GDPR-K requirements and are age-appropriate.

Behavioral advertising targeting children is strictly prohibited.

The Application does not include features necessitating parental consent, such as account creation, social interaction, or data-sharing functionalities.

4.3 Parental Control Mechanisms

Parents or legal guardians may opt out of ad tracking and data collection by adjusting device settings as follows:

Android Devices: Navigate to Settings > Google > Ads > Reset Advertising ID.

iOS Devices: Navigate to Settings > Privacy > Tracking and disable tracking.

Article 5: Advertising Practices

5.1 Engagement of Third-Party Advertising Services

The Application employs Unity Ads to display advertisements. Unity Ads may collect data as outlined in Section 1.2 to facilitate ad delivery, enhance ad performance, and prevent fraudulent activities. Data collection is limited to Unity Ads and their Ads Mediators, and no other advertising networks are utilized.

5.2 Opt-Out Mechanisms for Advertising

Users may limit ad tracking by adjusting their device settings as described in Section 4.3. Opting out of ad tracking may not eliminate advertisements but may result in the display of non-personalized ads.

Article 6: Data Security Measures

6.1 Security Protocols

As the Company does not collect PII, it does not store such data. However, the Company relies on the industry-standard security measures implemented by third parties (e.g., Unity Ads) to protect any data they process. These measures include, but are not limited to, encryption, firewalls, and secure server infrastructure.

6.2 Acknowledgment of Inherent Risks

While the Company and its third-party partners employ reasonable measures to safeguard data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure. By using the Application or Website, Users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with data transmission over the internet.

The Application is primarily intended for Users in the United States, but downloads may occur in other jurisdictions, including but not limited to Europe and Canada. The Company endeavors to comply with applicable privacy laws in these regions, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European Users. Users located outside the United States are hereby notified that data collected by third parties (e.g., Unity Ads) may be transferred to, and processed in, the United States or other jurisdictions, where data protection laws may differ from those in the User’s jurisdiction. By using the Application or Website, Users consent to such transfers, where applicable.

8.1 No Retention of PII

As the Company does not collect PII, it does not hold any such data for Users to access, rectify, or delete. Users with concerns regarding data collected by third parties (e.g., Unity Ads, Google Play, or the Apple App Store) are directed to consult the privacy policies of those entities to exercise their rights, including but not limited to the right to access, correct, or delete their data.

8.2 Control Over Analytics and Ad Tracking

Users may limit analytics and ad tracking by adjusting their device settings as outlined in Section 4.3 or by contacting the relevant third-party providers directly.

The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at its discretion to reflect changes in its practices, technological advancements, or legal requirements. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy. Users are encouraged to periodically review this Policy to remain informed of any updates. Continued use of the Application or Website following such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
